It just is justice

Was the acquittal of Abdul Razak Baginda any surprise?

The judge relied on the bail affidavit, but what happened to that affidavit which Justice Segra who was then the sitting judge for the case received, which the Judge himself (Justice Segra) said implicated Razak Baginda, and which Razak Baginda's lawyer Wong Kian Kheong insisted in submitting, after which justice Segra and the prosecutors were removed form this case, for mysterious reasons.

Will Justice Segra be allowed to shed any light into this case, I wonder or will the ethics of his profession prevent him from so doing.

One just can't but speculate what the contents of that affidavit were. Was that affidavit the reason for removing Justice Segra and the Public Prosecutors who were handling the case at that material time?

Shaaribu Setev the father of Altantuya, has the sincere sympathy of many Malaysians, and I will not fault him if he does not believe so, but nevertheless many believe there is more to this murder than meets the eye, and many believe that there is a cover up at the highest levels and this does not auger well for Justice in Malaysia.

He (Dr. Shaaribu) was reported to be puzzeled as were many Malaysians why of all the three accused Razak was the only one acquited when it was Razak who was known to his daughter.

Will the truth ever be known?

For the sake of Justice for the two sons of Altantuya Shaaribu, for the sake of the father of the same lady and her family, for the sake of all Malaysians it must surface, and cannot remain hidden.

Why?

Because the next Prime Minsiter of this country has been implicated by one of those involved in the case, and has now gone missing - private investigator P. Balasubramaniam.

One of those who continually kept making allegations that Najib the next prime Minsiter of this country and his wife Rosmah were involved, is now languishing in detention without trial under the internal security act. Why without trial, why not bring him to trial in open court? Is there anything to hide?

It was published at the onset of this trial, that the Mazlinda Makhzan wife of Abdul Razak Baginda a former Magistrate herself, turned hysterical and began screaming and asked, "why are you arresting him? he did not do anything! He is not going to become the next Prime Minister?" She had to be controlled and consoled by her daughter Roweena.

That statement by his wife a former Magistrate raises many questions, what was she trying to say and why the statement, "He is not going to be the next prime minister."
,
Will the public prosecutor appeal?

The way the case was conducted has he sufficient grounds to in the first place?

Will Malaysians accept this verdict or will this verdict have repercussions in the next General Elections?

Has Anwar's Sodomy case anything to do with this case, in the sense that it would neutralise the effects this would have on the man in the street?

Altantuyas immigration record fo entry into the country went missing.

How could this single Immigration record go mysteriously missing?

For it to be erased some one in very high office had to be involved. Those who could sanction such an act would be the then Minister of Home Affairs, Radzi, the Director General of Immigration, or the bosses of the Minister of home affairs.

The only bosses this minister has are the Prime Minister and his Deputy.

Can we seriously take this lying down, our National Integrity is at stake, we must find the answers, and the Government has a duty to ensure that it is done.

Two policemen could not have acted so irresponsibly, they must have been told to do what they did, or at least believed that is what they were told if indeed this policemen were the ones who did it.

The fact that Altantuya was first murdered and that her body was blown up by C4 explosives, her immigration records of entry into Malaysia at the material time erased, her involvement in a very expensive Government project to purchase submarines for which she was the interpreter, and therefore privy to very confidential information, the fact that she herself stated she was here to blackmail Razak Baginda, (Razak Baginda received a huge Comission for his role in the project) the alleged sms between Najib and Shaffie Abdullah regarding this case, the change of Judge and prosecutors in the case, and the reluctance of the police and prosecution to investigate the missing immigration records have lent scorn to this case.

As Dr. Shaaribu Setev who expressed his anger, disappointment and frustration in this case said "many questions will remain unanswered."

The question we as Malaysians should ask is, can we do anything about it? And if we can we must, for our sake and the sake of posterity.

Norman Hakim should have gone to Thailand or Singapore if he could not afford England

Following the post on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 "The Law for You and the Law for Them" I was a little surprised when I read the Star the following day and found the news article below.
What a coincidence?

PETALING JAYA: Actor Norman Hakim, whose marital problems were recently featured by entertainment tabloids, is now embroiled in another controversy.

He was caught for alleged khalwat (close proximity) with young actress Memey Suhaiza in his office in Ampang by Selangor Islamic Affairs Department officers at 3am on Thursday.

The department had received a tip-off. Both were fully clothed when arrested. They were brought to the Melawati police station for questioning.

The department’s Gombak enforcement head Khairul Hazri Sulaiman said his team rushed over to the office and knocked on the door but there was no answer.

He said they were about to break it down when Norman appeared.
Memey: ‘The others then left and I was alone on the first floor of the office’

Norman, 32, and Memey, 20, are expected to face trial at the Gombak Timur Syariah Lower Court in January.

When contacted, Norman did not deny the arrest. However, he insisted that it was a case of misunderstanding.

“I was having a meeting with four of my employees at my office at 10pm. Memey was one of those who attended the meeting,” said the Gerak Khas TV series actor who is married to his co-star Abby Abadi.

They have three children.

Norman said Memey had been helping him since August after a worker resigned.

He said that when he returned to the office at 1am, his management staff members had left and Memey was the only one there.

“Soon, I heard loud noises downstairs and saw the Jais officers outside,” he said.
Abby: ‘My feelings have not been taken into consideration for a long time now’

Abby, who was shocked to learn about the incident, said their marriage would take a turn for the worse now.

“I’ve actually given up on my marriage. My feelings have not been taken into consideration for a long time now,” she said.

Memey, when contacted by Malay news portal mStar yesterday, said she was not aware that Norman was in the office at the time.

She only knew he was there when the raid was conducted.

“After a meeting that lasted until midnight, Norman left while a few of the staff and I were still in the office.

“The others then left and I was alone on the first floor of the office,” she said.

Memey said she was afraid to answer the door when she heard someone knocking and called Norman who appeared half an hour later.

“It was only then that I realised that Jais was conducting a raid and that Norman was on the second floor,” she added.

The Law for You and the Law for Them

A very prominent politician in the process of seeking high office has a son in England.
All you have to do is to surf the web and you'll see pictures of his son with girls, not just one girl but many girls. The ladies are definitely not in baju kurong and tudongs, they are in low neck dresses and really look chic.

Now the question is; Do you see anything wrong in that? Some of these pictures have been circulated in the emails recently, so what the boy is a boy, who gives a damn of who is father is, he is a boy and he's doing what comes naturally to boys his age, flirting with girls.

Right?

Right!!!!! yes but something is wrong.

What the heck is wrong? Ya what's wrong.

What is wrong is this boy is rich enough to be overseas, in England probably, so he's out of reach of our "moral and religious Police" and so free from harms way.
He like many other rich who have the means and the opportunity to do this can go ahead and do this with all immunity, whilst poorer boys back home are caught, their girlfriends too are caught and even abused by these so called "moral and religious police" an as usual this UMNO led government lacks the courage to put a stop to this.

I am not picking on the son of this Politician, I pick on the politician himself, who is alleged to have an eye for women and although he sits on that lofty seat up high and seeks even higher a seat will not be able to curtail the activities of these "moral police."

This Minister was in the UK too at one time and it is said had his time as well, he's back now and is about to head a government that does not tolerate boys kissing girls in the park, or even in the privacy of their own homes, and the sad thing is that his son will return, and in all probability become a minister and maybe even a Prime Minister and continue with the strengthening of these Moral standards, whils t his own son keps out of harms way in a foreign land.

In reality they have two sets of laws, one for the rich kids, it is the English, European or American Laws, and the other is the Malaysian Law for the poorer Malay boys, so take your pick, because even if you are poor, and you know how to do your UMNO work you'll be able to land a scholarship to a foreign land for your child, and if you belong to PAS or PKR or even are not an UMNO member or just and ordinary UMNO member your child is doomed to be a victim at home.

That is just but one of the aspects of corruption in UMNO.

Deepavalli - Let There Be Light

HAPPY DEEPAVALLI THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHT.

"THE HEROES WHO LANGUISH IN DETENTION ARE THE LIGHT OF OUR FUTURE - THE FUTURE OF ALL MALAYSIANS."

Malaysian's today salute these heroes of our History, Raja Petra Kamaruddin, The HINDRAF 5, for their heroism, for their determination and for their will to rid this country of prejudices, and racial hatred, the seeds of which have been planted by the now bankrupt Barisan Nasional Government led by racists whose only interests are their own personal and selfish goals.

Our Deepavalli message to this Government is;
Free all those detained, without conditions, and if there is a case against them charge them in open court for the what they have done.

Our message to this Government, the Police, the Attorney General's chambers is to charge the Minister of Home affairs, Syed Hamid Albar and the Prime Minsiter for abusing their positions and the use of the ISA in arresting innocent Malaysians using this terrible peice of legislation.

Our Message to Malaysians is, send a message to this Government that its time is up, and unless it changes we shall change them.

Beware the "Ides of March" for March will come again, the next month of March is time for transition, the transition will bring along with it victims of its own, who will be bitter about the outcomes that have been unfairly gained.

It will see those who set up this unfair advantage in the UMNO election system and who later cried "foul" (the mamak) gloat over the victories of his stooges and his son now using this very system which he implemented, which he said must be abolished, and when it yielded the results he wanted, shut up and supported it. That my dear friends is Mahathir Mohammed, the Malaysian Indian who fooled all UMNO members in this country into believing he is a full blooded Malay. He should have joined MIC.

My Deepavalli message to Mahathir Mohammed is even the dustbins of History is too good a place for a scoundrel like you.
